Project intake

Send us the project.

Pay the $99, tell us about the job, link us to the plans. About two minutes.

Step 1 — the first project

$99 first project
normally from $250

What the $99 covers

  • One project, one trade
  • Plan set up to 20 sheets
  • Three business days from the point we have everything we need
  • One round of revisions
  • Takeoff, scope sheet, material list, RFQ list, estimate framework, and the questions the drawings do not answer
  • You provide usable project documents — a link to the plans and specs we can open

New customers, one per company. If the set is bigger than that or the scope is outside it, we tell you the real price before any work starts — you can go ahead or take a refund. If what comes back is not useful, tell us what was wrong and we will fix it or refund the $99.

Step 2 — the job

Tell us what you are bidding.

Only what we need to start. Anything we are missing, we will ask for.

What do you need?

Where the package gets sent.

Tell us even if it is tight. We would rather say no than miss it.

Plan room, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Box, or the link from the invitation to bid. Please check the link opens without a login — that is the single most common reason a project stalls. Do not upload the set here; a real plan set is far too big for a web form.

We use what you send to price and produce your work, and for nothing else. We do not share your plans, your quantities or your pricing with anyone, and we do not contact your general contractor or your customer. How we handle your documents.
