Privacy and terms
The short version, in plain English.

What we are
Single Source Projects contracts recurring cleaning and upkeep, plus one-time flooring projects, for commercial properties and community associations in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties, and subcontracts the work to local crews. We do fence work in Hillsborough County. In Pinellas County, our licensed fence partner quotes it and contracts with you directly. We don't take on work that needs a state contractor license, like roofing, structural, electrical or plumbing.
What this site collects
The property walk. Your name, company or association, role, email, phone, property address and county, units or buildings, a board meeting or bid date if you give one, and the scope you built: the property type, the areas, the services, how often, the size and material of any one-time project, and any notes.
The contact form. Your name, company or association, role, email, phone and your message.
The crew form. Your name, company, phone, email, the work you do, the counties you work, your crew size, your answer about insurance and any notes.
That goes into our customer records and into an email we read. We use it to answer you, put a proposal together, or call you about work. Nothing else.
The one exception: if your scope includes fence work in Pinellas County, we share your contact details and the fence part of your scope with our licensed fence partner so they can quote it.
What stays on your device
While you walk your property, your picks are saved in your browser's session storage so a refresh doesn't wipe them. They stay on your device and your browser clears them when you close the tab. Your contact details are never saved there.
Who handles it
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots off the forms, Resend to send email, Supabase to hold our customer records, and Vercel to host the site and count page views. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't build a profile on you, and we don't sell or rent your information to anybody.
Getting it deleted
Ask us to delete your information and we will. If we email you and you'd rather we didn't, reply and say so. That's the end of it.
The scope sheet
It's yours. Print it, share it, hand it to every company bidding the work. You don't need our permission and you don't have to hire us.
It's a list of the work you picked, not a quote and not a contract. Nothing is agreed until there's a signed contract. The visit counts on the sheet come straight from the frequencies you chose.
For crews
Sending us your details doesn't commit you to anything, and it doesn't guarantee work. Before a crew works a property for us, we ask for a W-9 and a certificate of insurance.
