You get a clear scope: which areas, what service, how often. No bidding against the next crew over.

Paperwork first
Before you work a property for us, we'll need a W-9 and a certificate of insurance.
We don't take on roofing, painting, paving, concrete, pool service, or structural, electrical or plumbing work, so that's not work we'll send you.
